- The primary focus of this position will be to learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations and user settings, and desktop administrative duties.
- You'll record, track, and escalate cases through our already established tracking system as well as help keep our documentation up to date and in tip-top shape
- You'll get to be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite.
- You will be able to coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team
- This internship is based in-office, not remote or work from home. This internship is also a paid opportunity.**
Basic Technical Skills
- Foundational computer knowledge on Windows or Mac platforms
- A genuine interest in troubleshooting, learning, and growing in IT
- A planned career path in the IT services industry
- Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Excellent time management and ability to stay organized
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering great support
- Clear and confident verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

- Able to lift and carry computer components up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working with hardware when needed
- Familiarity with an IT ticketing system
- Any exposure to helpdesk, support, or customer‑facing roles is a plus
- Must be able to commute daily to our Washington DC office
- This is an in‑office internship (not remote)
