FusionSite is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven SEO & Content Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in Nashville, TN. You’ll help keep our websites visible, accurate, and aligned with SEO best practices across dozens of local brands; WordPress experience is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is also acceptable.
This is a full-time, onsite position in the Nations in Nashville, TN.
What You’ll Do
● Optimize website content and structure for better search visibility and user experience.
● Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and execute content strategies that drive organic growth.
● Update and maintain WordPress pages and blogs, ensuring the right content is published to the right sites.
● Monitor performance in GA4 and Google Search Console, sharing insights and recommendations.
● Support technical SEO efforts, including site audits, metadata updates, and internal linking improvements.
What We’re Looking For
● Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Comfortable working in WordPress and managing content updates (or willingness to learn).
● Basic understanding of SEO principles, ranking factors, and on-page optimization.
Preferred Experience
● Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEMrush (or willingness to learn).
● Familiarity with HTML/CSS is helpful but not required.
