We’re looking for a fun, confident, go-getter content creator in Nashville, Tennessee who is ready to hit the streets (literally) and help create high-performing, scroll-stopping content.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Wednesdays (Recording Day – 1 PM–10 PM, 1-hour break)
• Filming content for multiple businesses during the day
• Heading to Broadway in Nashville at night for street interviews
• Capturing high-energy, engaging, personality-driven content
Thursdays (Editing Day – Full Day)
• Editing 21 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts)
• Delivering ALL content by end of day (this part matters)
Fridays (As Needed)
• Minor edits or revisions (typically a couple of hours max)
HOURS
• Approx. 16–25 hours/week
• Consistent weekly schedule:
• Wednesdays (filming)
• Thursdays (editing)
• Fridays (light revisions if needed)
PAY
• $25/hour (starting)
• Opportunity for more hours increased pay as we grow
Potential to expand into:
• Social media management
• Marketing support
• Content strategy
