We are seeking a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will develop and implementing SEO strategies to improve the online visibility of FSS locations. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization, and local SEO optimization. You will use an array of tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business, and SEMRush to evaluate website performance. You’ll use the information gathered from these programs to make updates and improve onsite SEO.
• Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility across major search engines.
• Conduct basic keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for optimization.
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URLs, and content under the guidance of senior team members.
• Learn to perform technical SEO audits and assist with implementing recommendations.
• Help create SEO-friendly content, including blog posts and articles, with input from the content team.
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google My Business Google Search Console) and contribute to regular SEO reports.
• Stay informed about the latest SEO trends and best practices, with support for ongoing learning.
• Participate in competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Account Management, to align SEO efforts with broader marketing objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and website elements to improve conversions.
• Optimize user journeys to reduce bounce rates by using CRMs & making forms.
• Market research for potential areas in which we intend to work.
• Developing actionable, long-term goals that provide a solid foundation for future growth and continuous improvement.
• Some knowledge of digital marketing or SEO is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong interest in learning about SEO, online marketing, and digital strategy.
• Basic familiarity with SEO tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Search Console) is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn how to explain SEO concepts to others.
