Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sign Production Painter/Fabricator to join our team on-site in Manteca, CA. The role involves painting and fabricating custom signs, preparing and maintaining painting equipment, and collaborating with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met. The candidate will also be responsible for quality control, cleaning and maintaining work areas, and following safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficient in painting techniques and use of painting equipment for sign production
- Experience in sign fabrication and assembly
- Knowledge of quality control processes and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the signage industry is a plus
- Certification or training in related fields is advantageous
