Fusion Recruiters is partnering with an industry-leading healthcare organization to identify a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. This hybrid Milwaukee opportunity requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. This position combines traditional FP&A leadership with business partnership, operational finance, and long-range strategic planning, offering significant visibility across the organization.
Work Authorization & Location: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Milwaukee, WI. Relocation assistance is not available.
What You'll Do
As the Manager of FP&A, you'll lead a team of Financial Analysts while serving as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership across multiple service lines and corporate functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, and develop an FP&A team supporting multiple business units
- Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Develop financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and operational recommendations
- Identify revenue growth opportunities, cost savings, and operational efficiencies through financial analysis
- Support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and corporate development activities
- Improve reporting, planning tools, and financial processes to enhance decision-making
- Collaborate across Finance and business operations to establish consistent planning methodologies and performance metrics
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will bring a combination of strategic finance experience, business partnership, and leadership.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Experience leading or developing finance professionals
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business case development experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leaders through financial insights
- Experience supporting commercial, operational, or customer-facing organizations
- ERP reporting and advanced Excel skills required
- Healthcare, manufacturing, or other operationally complex industries preferred
