What You’ll Do
- Execute the full sales process: build product expertise, prospect and approach new clients, conduct needs assessments, present solutions, close sales, and manage follow-up.
- Travel extensively throughout your assigned territory to meet with current and prospective customers and expand partnerships and solicit orders.
- Strengthen customer relationships by delivering solution-oriented, high-touch service.
- Collaborate with sales assistants, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Serve as a trusted partner to chefs, restaurant leaders, and hospitality professionals, representing their unmatched product quality.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of direct outside sales experience, ideally selling seafood (fresh or frozen) or other perishable food products/proteins.
- Experience in the gourmet food, restaurant, or hospitality industry — former chefs, GMs, or culinary professionals encouraged to apply.
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service.
