Business Analyst – Wealth Management
Location: Hybrid – Weehawken, NJ (2–3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 18 Months
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive Wealth Management experience to lead strategic initiatives and drive end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and deliver solutions across wealth management platforms and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver project outcomes.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements across advisory, brokerage, portfolio management, trading, custody, and client onboarding.
- Prepare business cases, gap analyses, and impact assessments for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years or more of Business Analysis experience with strong Wealth Management domain expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of advisory, brokerage, portfolio management, trading, custody, and client onboarding processes.
- Proven experience working with VP/C-level stakeholders and leading requirements workshops.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience across the full SDLC, including requirements, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Experience with Mutual Funds and Agile methodologies is a plus.
