Global MOM Analyst

MOM Analyst | Warsaw, IN (Onsite) | 12 Month Contract

✈️ Travel: Up to 40% Global Travel (AMER / EMEA / APAC Manufacturing Sites)

We are seeking a MOM Analyst to support global Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems and Operational Technology (OT) initiatives across worldwide manufacturing sites. This role will focus on manufacturing application support, system integration, OT infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and global deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide Global MOM application support for Project Aejas

✅ Support Zscaler security appliance deployment and OT network segmentation projects

✅ Deploy, configure, maintain, and support manufacturing machine applications and OT technologies

✅ Perform system integration testing for machine-level applications and operating systems

✅ Troubleshoot manufacturing application and machine integration issues

✅ Develop technical specifications based on operational requirements and future growth needs

✅ Support data extraction, retention, infrastructure maintenance, and new machine installations

✅ Monitor, maintain, and optimize MOM applications across manufacturing sites

✅ Ensure quality-relevant system changes comply with validation and documentation requirements

✅ Collaborate with global teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC manufacturing facilities

Required Skills:

✔ Experience supporting Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems

✔ Knowledge of Manufacturing IT, MES/MOM environments, and Operational Technology (OT) systems

✔ Experience with system integration, application support, and manufacturing technologies

✔ Familiarity with Zscaler or OT cybersecurity initiatives is preferred

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

✔ Willingness to travel globally up to 40%
