- The Sealer Automation Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting, improving, and optimizing automated sealing operations within coatings and bonding manufacturing processes.
- This role requires strong expertise in Fanuc automation sealing equipment and hands-on experience with process development, equipment troubleshooting, and manufacturing support.
- The engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of automated sealing systems.
- Support and improve automated sealer processes used in coatings and bonding applications.
- Serve as the technical expert for Fanuc automation sealing equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, and automation issues to minimize downtime and improve performance.
- Lead process optimization efforts to improve quality, cycle time, uptime, and repeatability.
- Partner with maintenance, production, and controls teams to resolve equipment and process concerns.
- Develop and implement standard work, process parameters, and operating procedures.
- Support equipment commissioning, startup, validation, and process qualification activities.
- Analyze production data and equipment performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical support for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
- Train operators and technicians on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with new equipment launch, tooling changes, and process transfers as needed.
