Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, from initiation through deployment, following Agile or hybrid SDLC practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, UI/UX, marketing, and stakeholders, to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project
- Manage dependencies, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Ensure documentation, testing, and deployment processes meet internal standards and compliance requirements
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes in project scope, providing mitigation strategies and escalation as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, communicating updates and aligning on priorities
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through post-mortem reviews and process enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 5 years of IT project management experience, with a strong focus on custom software development
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and iterative development methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in both technical and business contexts
- Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, and other project tracking and reporting tools
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions in dynamic environments
- Experience working with marketing or MarTech platforms is highly desirable
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- Background in gaming, hospitality, or similarly regulated industries
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), or CRM integrations
- Experience working in hybrid environments that blend Agile with traditional project structures
