PeopleSoft Developer / ERP Application Support

FusionHCR is  seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to provide day-to-day support, development, and maintenance for our client’s HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications. This role will support ongoing operations, enhancements, and customizations within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for the client’s HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications, including customizations and integrations.

• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft application functionality, including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

• Deliver weekly status updates on assigned tasks, projects, and support tickets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design, implementation, and support of ERP applications.

• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL and PeopleTools, including Application Designer, query development, BI Publisher, and SQR/SQC.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of ERP system principles and ERP administration.

• Understanding of database structure, installation, design, access, extraction, storage, security, and recovery procedures.

• Experience with system analysis, integration touch points between ERP modules, and business process mapping.

• Familiarity with financial and human resources business processes.

• Ability to identify and resolve application and system issues.

• Experience providing guidance to functional analysts and end users.

• Ability to create queries and reports, document system environments, and support automated notification processes.

• Knowledge of governmental security requirements and confidentiality regulations.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with leadership, training, project management, and general business administration principles.
