Your main responsibilities involve diving headfirst into the community to source and close deals: Proactive Lead Generation: You will not wait for the phone to ring. You must actively penetrate the market using methods that require grit and persistence, including: Targeted Cold Calling and digital outreach. Visiting local Real Estate Brokerages. Networking at Open Houses and Industry Events. Strategic Door Knocking in key territories.
