The Opportunity
We’re supporting a fast-growing healthtech company transforming how clinical trials are delivered through smart automation and AI-driven technology. Working closely with research sites, sponsors, and CROs, they’re on a mission to remove operational friction and improve patient access to clinical research.
They’re now looking to hire a Patient Recruitment Coordinator to play a key role in driving participant engagement and enrollment across multiple clinical studies.

You’ll have real ownership over the recruitment lifecycle and work closely with internal teams, sites, and participants to ensure studies are delivered efficiently and successfully.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end-to-end patient recruitment across multiple clinical trials and therapeutic areas
- Identifying and engaging potential participants through digital, community, and outreach initiatives
- Pre-screening participants against study inclusion/exclusion criteria
- Coordinating scheduling, follow-ups, and handover to clinical trial sites
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with participants to ensure a positive experience
- Tracking engagement and recruitment performance using digital tools and CRM systems
- Maintaining accurate and compliant participant data in line with GCP and GDPR standards
- Working closely with trial sites and stakeholders to optimise recruitment processes
- Providing regular updates and insights to internal teams and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in patient recruitment or clinical trials coordination (2 years)
- Strong understanding of clinical study protocols and recruitment processes
- Knowledge of GCP, GDPR, and data handling best practices
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple studies and priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with digital tools and managing data workflows
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital marketing or social media for patient recruitment
- Exposure to CROs, sponsors, or clinical trial sites
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, CRM systems, or similar platforms
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, or psychology
