The ideal candidate will be dependable, thrive in a structured environment, and demonstrate strong attention to detail while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and finalize customer payment transactions.
• Accurately key data with a high level of speed and precision.
• Balance deposits and ensure timely completion of daily processing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Support the team in meeting daily and weekly processing deadlines.
• Collaborate with management as needed to resolve discrepancies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong 10-key/data entry skills with proven accuracy and speed.
• 1 years of experience in banking, financial services, or transaction processing preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work until daily processing is complete.
• Ability to thrive in an independent, heads-down work environment.
• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines in a high-volume setting.
  
  

Compensation: $18–$19/hour based on experience.
