Key Responsibilities
- Supervise accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and payments
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve inquiries
- Maintain vendor records and purchasing system data
- Support monthly close activities, including accruals
- Oversee 1099 reporting and compliance requirements
- Monitor workflows, identify issues, and implement improvements
- Lead, train, and develop team members
- Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5 years of accounts payable or related experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
