Fury Water Adventures in St. Augustine is preparing for our busy season and seeking motivated, safety-minded, and guest-focused professionals to join our team as Seasonal Parasail Captains as well as Catamaran and Parasail Deck Crew Members.
We operate a 65’ Sailing Catamaran, 45’ Corinthian Catamaran, and 35’ Parasail Vessel, offering daily Dolphin Watch Tours, Live Music Sunset Sails, Historic Cruises, Champagne Sunset Cruises, and Parasailing Adventures.

Seasonal Parasail Captain Requirements:
- Must have a U.S. Coast Guard Master 50 GT or greater Captain License in near coastal waters.
- Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Parasail Captain; five years is preferred. Prior crew experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends and Holidays!
-Must have a pleasant personality and enjoy interacting with others.
-Must be able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
-Must be dependable and must have a strong sense of safety awareness.
-Must have good verbal communication skill, attentiveness, flexibility, friendliness, and ability to be a team player.
- Capable of being responsible for the safe operations and safety of all the passengers and crew members during the trip.
-Responsible for maintaining awareness of the surroundings and weather conditions.
-Capable of monitoring and maintaining the general maintenance and up-keep of their assigned state-of-the art vessel and equipment.
Catamaran & Parasail Crew – Responsibilities & Requirements
What You'll Do:
-Prepare, stock, and inspect vessels prior to daily departures
-Maintain vessel cleanliness and restock supplies
-Provide outstanding guest service while ensuring passenger safety
-Deliver engaging narration on local history, marine life, and area highlights
- Assist with docking and line handling
-Set up and operate onboard bar service, including ID verification and responsible alcohol service
-Support all onboard operations to ensure a safe and memorable experience
Requirements:
-CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
-Responsible Alcohol Service Training (provided by Fury)
-Availability to work weekends and holidays Must be 18 years or older (Florida alcohol service requirement)
-Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
-Ability to work in outdoor marine conditions
