This position also assists manufacturing and warehouse teams with basic production duties, material handling, and routine plant support. It is a hands-on role that contributes to efficient daily operations across our manufacturing locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Support manufacturing and warehouse operations as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, including trucks or other deliveries
- Operate or assist with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Follow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, equipment lockout/tagout, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements
- Complete additional tasks to support plant operations as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification with company support
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math calculations
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
- Effective teamwork, communication, and reliability skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work in an indoor warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations due to seasonal weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., work at heights, and perform physical tasks in an industrial environment
