We are a nationally recognized and rapidly growing mobile pet grooming franchise and we are looking for skilled, passionate Pet Groomers to join our Northern Virginia team. We provide a fully equipped, climate-controlled grooming van and a one-on-one appointment structure that lets you focus on what you do best — giving every pet an exceptional, stress-free grooming experience right at their front door.

What You'll Bring:

• 1 year professional pet grooming experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of breed specific cuts, coat types, and grooming techniques
• Experience handling pets of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and safely manage large breed dogs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail oriented
• Full time availability including weekends
• Grooming school certification strongly preferred
