All Fur Pet Grooming is growing, and we’re looking for talented, dedicated Pet Groomer to join our awesome team! We pride ourselves on high-quality grooms, a supportive culture, and a client experience that keeps pets (and their owners!) happy, safe, and excited to return.
What You’ll Do
- Provide full-service grooming for dogs and/or cats, including bath, brush, haircut, de-shed, nail trimming & grinding, ear cleaning, and specialty services.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of pets throughout the entire grooming process.
- Communicate with clients about desired grooms, coat condition, recommended services, and after-care.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized grooming station, tools, and work environment.
- Uphold All Fur’s brand of compassionate handling and breed-standard quality.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional grooming experience (portfolio required).
- Ability to complete full grooms on a variety of breeds.
- Strong scissoring skills and knowledge of breed trims.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Commitment to gentle handling and safety standards.
