An Account Director, Wave Team, leads the Company’s efforts in developing and retaining an existing corporate account. An Account Director’s objective is to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. An Account Director plays a crucial role in the success of the Wave Team by leading strategic planning for the respective account, managing the client relationship, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services. An Account Director is responsible for managing all Sales, Sales Support, Operations, Design and Installation functions and all headcount related to the assigned corporate level account.
An Account Director, Wave Team, may report to a Senior Account Director, Wave Team, a Vice President, Wave Team, or in some instances, the Executive Vice President, Wave Team.
Role and responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Acts as the main point of contact between the client and the Company.
- Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting relationships with client.
- Understands the client’s needs and objectives.
- Communicates regularly with the client to provide updates on project progress, new offerings, and industry trends.
- Ensures clear and effective communication between the client and internal teams.
- Account Planning and Strategy:
- Develops Account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and growth.
- Identifies opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Manage internal processes
- Serves as the “quarterback” of the corporate account.
- Ensures support staff on team executes successful delivery of all projects.
- Collaborates with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinates with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Assists the EVP or VP with contract renewals and negotiate terms as needed.
- Ensures the client is satisfied with the services provided.
- Problem Resolution:
- Addresses and resolves client issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborates with internal teams to find solutions to client challenges.
- Day to day:
- Prepares and presents regular Account status reports to Management and clients.
- Attends all sales staff meetings, Company meetings, and training seminars as may be required.
- Maintains a fully updated CRM system
- Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
- Demonstrates an attitude and appearance that represents the highest personal, moral and business standards in the marketplace and to our clients.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Proven experience in a relationship-building role.
