What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Customer Service Representative position at FUR AND FEATHERS VETERINARY CARE, P.C.?
Responsible for helping clients’ needs ; including communicating with the service they are seeing, processing paperwork, and handling financial transactions.
Create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment for clients and patients. Facilitate clients’ appointments
Ensure all client and patient information is accurate, schedule appointments, and obtain appropriate signatures. Document all client correspondence. Extract and send requested information from the medical record when requested. Help create accurate, timely medical records by verifying charges, scanning paperwork, attaching medical records, processing pharmacy refills and pet food orders.
Support in various administrative needs including scanning, faxes, entering patient weights, contacting clients for paperwork and deposits.
Accurately process clients’ payments including: cash, credit, check, and Care Credit.
Contribute to strong team environment by helping co-workers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma.
Prior experience preferred.
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
