Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of quotes, orders, return authorizations and all order/quote processing related activities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and product specification information to customers.
- Build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Determine customer needs and develop comprehensive solutions.
- Understand and execute contractual agreements.
- Verify product availability, manufacturing capabilities, provide shipment notifications and proofs of delivery.
- Coordinate customer requests with Sales, Marketing and Operations to meet customer needs.
- Professional oral and written communication skills
Qualifications:
