Fuquay-Varina Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a qualified individual to join our growing team as a Part-Time Admissions Coordinator.
As the Admissions Coordinator, you will work closely with patients and families as they transition from the acute setting to post-acute care. You will provide individualized customer service and administrative support to help us meet our commitment of delivering Care Beyond Compare.

What You’ll Do
Welcome patients and families to the center and provide non-clinical support during the admission process
Communicate clearly with families regarding admission procedures and expectations
Assist patients and families with completing admission paperwork and required documentation
Ensure rooms, supplies, and materials are prepared for new admissions
Assist in communicating with insurance providers to obtain initial and continued authorizations
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards
Act as a customer service champion to ensure a positive experience for residents and families
Respond promptly to service concerns and escalate when needed to ensure exceptional service
What You Need
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in post-acute admissions, patient relations, or customer service preferred
Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
