- Build, maintain, and grow trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
- Lead client meetings, including agenda development, meeting facilitation, follow-up recaps, and action planning.
- Understand client business objectives, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and key challenges.
- Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to expand impact and value.
- Drive day-to-day account operations by coordinating internal teams, monitoring project progress, removing roadblocks, and ensuring deliverables move efficiently through the agency workflow from kickoff to completion.
- Own project timelines, workflows, deliverables, dependencies, and team accountability through the agency’s project management system.
- Track, maintain, and organize client documents, assets, and deliverables.
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple contributors and departments.
- Identify roadblocks early and proactively implement solutions.
- Manage priorities across multiple accounts while balancing team capacity and client expectations.
- Create and maintain meeting notes, reports, and process documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support client work.
- Monitor account health, project profitability, resource utilization, and scope management.
- Support the preparation of client reports, campaign summaries, insights, and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services.
- Support leadership with forecasting, planning, and operational improvements.
A successful Account Manager will:

- Experience in B2B, healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred.
