Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and property upkeep, including traveling to properties as needed
- Schedule and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication between vendors and tenants
- Support leasing efforts by managing applications, scheduling showings, and assisting with lease agreements
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained
- Maintain accurate records of property activities, maintenance, and tenant communications
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth property operations
- Manage rent collection and lease renewals as needed
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Strong sense of urgency, reliability, and attention to detail
- Experience in property management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally, including tenant and financial matters
- Willingness and ability to travel to properties for inspections, coordination, tours, and other tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
