Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team. As a part of our team of general contractors, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Any candidates must be punctual to arrive each day on time, trustworthy to work in customers homes, and continue the company's commitment to excellence.
Duties
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of structures, equipment, and facilities
- Operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or other trade-related tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Adhere to project specifications and blueprints
-Adhere to all safety guidelines & practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Minimum 50lbs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Transportation to & from jobsites each day
** Electrical and plumbing experience preferred but not required
