As a Farm Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in the heart of our operation, helping create the foundation that brings our mushrooms to life. From substrate preparation and block production to maintaining a clean environment, your work directly supports every stage of the growing process. What You’ll Do
- Assist in substrate mixing and preparation
- Produce mushroom grow blocks with consistency and accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, food-safe workspaces
- Support farm operations in a multitude of ways

- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
