Do you love hands-on work and want to be part of something meaningful? As a Cultivation Assistant / Farm Hand, you’ll help bring our mushrooms to life - from the early stages of production, to harvest and packaging, and everything in-between. Stay active, work with purpose, and see your effort turn into something tangible and nourishing!
What You’ll Do
- Harvest, sort, and carefully package fresh mushrooms
- Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work environment
- Support farm operations in a multitude of ways
- Learn the craft of mushroom cultivation hands-on

- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
- Attention to detail and organization
