Please email resume's and inquiries to matt@fundprollc.com
FundPro Solutions is a direct merchant cash advance (MCA) funder based in Lincolnwood, IL. We are hiring an ISO Relationship Manager to recruit new ISO brokerages into our funding network and increase the deal flow they send us.
Location: Lincolnwood, IL (in office) · Reports to: Executive Team · Type: Full-time · Travel: required, expenses covered
You will own the full broker lifecycle: finding shops, signing them on, onboarding them, and turning them into consistent submitters of fundable deals. You earn a base salary plus 0.5% of every deal funded from the brokers you bring in.
No MCA experience is needed. We train you from the ground up: you will learn the product, underwriting basics and how to recruit and manage ISOs directly from our current ISO team before taking on your own book.
Responsibilities
Sign on new brokerages
- Prospect and cold-call ISO shops, independent brokers and referral partners through LinkedIn, industry conferences, in-person ISO visits, referrals and outbound campaigns.
- Pitch FundPro's products, approval criteria, turnaround times and commission structure.
- Vet prospective ISOs (business history, deal quality, reputation, compliance practices) before they are approved.
- Close and execute ISO agreements and collect all onboarding documents (W-9, signed agreement, banking for commission payouts).
Grow and retain the book
- Hold regular check-ins with every active ISO; track submissions, approvals and funding rates by shop.
- Work with underwriting to move submitted deals to funding and resolve pricing or stip issues.
- Re-engage dormant ISOs and surface renewal opportunities on funded merchants.
- Keep all ISO activity, notes and pipeline current in our CRM.
- Report weekly on new ISOs signed, submissions, funded volume and pipeline.
Qualifications and experience
Required
- 2 years of sales experience: B2B, outside sales, cold calling or any quota-carrying role.
- A track record of prospecting, cold-calling and closing; comfortable with rejection.
- Coachable and eager to learn MCA from scratch through hands-on training with our ISO team.
- Organized, persistent and quick to follow up.
- Willing and able to travel for conferences and ISO visits (expenses covered).
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Exposure to finance, lending, payments or small-business sales.
- Experience with a CRM.
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 per year.
- Commission: 0.5% of the funded amount on every deal funded from ISOs you sign. Uncapped.
