Fundamentals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Tennessee. We are committed to providing culturally and linguistically responsive care to our diverse patient population. Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments for a diverse caseload (for SLP).
- Develop and implement culturally appropriate, individualized treatment plans that address patients’ specific needs and goals (for SLP).
- Provide direct therapy and interventions, applying knowledge of bilingual language development and cross-linguistic transfer.
- Educate and counsel families and caregivers to support communication development at home.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and patient progress.
- Stay current with best practices in bilingual speech-language pathology through continuing education.
Qualifications
- SLPA: Associate degree, SLPA certificate program, or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD).
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- SLP: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Valid Tennessee state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with bilingual populations is a plus to support our patient community.
