Toddler Teacher

We’re searching for a compassionate and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team and help guide little learners (ages 18 months to 3 years) through their early developmental milestones.

As a Toddler Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a safe and enriching classroom environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supervising children and ensuring their safety at all times.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Following our center’s curriculum and daily schedule to create a consistent learning environment.
- Planning and leading age-appropriate activities that promote development and curiosity.
- Assisting with meals, diapering, toilet learning, naps, and hygiene routines.
- Communicating professionally and warmly with parents and fellow staff members.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date classroom records.
- Adhering to licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Attending required meetings and training sessions to stay informed and grow professionally.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- To be at least 18 years old.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with toddlers.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or a willingness to obtain).
- The ability to meet licensing and background-check requirements.
- A dependable, patient, and caring attitude, with a team-oriented mindset.
- The physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively supervise children both indoors and outdoors.
