Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to support membership onboarding and ongoing care coordination within a fast-growing wellness clinic. This role is responsible for ensuring membership contracts are processed accurately, payments are documented, and patients are successfully onboarded and scheduled for services including IV therapy, sauna sessions, nutrition visits, BIA scans, and provider appointments.

This role is responsible for ensuring membership contracts are processed accurately, payments are documented, and patients are successfully onboarded and scheduled for services including IV therapy, sauna sessions, nutrition visits, BIA scans, and provider appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and upload membership contracts with a high level of accuracy in the EHR
- Manage payment processing and recurring membership plans
- Coordinate new member onboarding, including welcome communication and portal guidance
- Schedule membership services and proactively assist patients with follow-up appointments
- Act as a liaison between patients, clinical teams, and membership leadership
- Support clinic workflow across locations and assist with membership sales when needed
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure accuracy in documentation, payments, and communications
