Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

Job Responsibilities
- Provide career coaching and job skills training to individuals with disabilities
- Support clients in workplace readiness, soft skills development, and job performance improvement
- Create individualized career development plans based on personal goals
- Build positive relationships with employers, community partners, and vocational programs
- Deliver hands-on support to help individuals reach their full potential
