Position Overview

Team Member (Court Monitor / Cashier)

As a Team Member at Fun City, you will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring safety and fun across various attractions in the park. You will assist customers, monitor activities, and ensure the safety of all participants in the Zip Line, Harness Area, Court Monitoring, Climbing Zones, Rope Course, Tube Slide, and Bumper Car Course. While your main focus may be on one area, you will also be trained to assist in alternate zones and activities as needed, ensuring a flexible and dynamic role within the park.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in your assigned area, ensuring that equipment is properly stored and zones are ready for use
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a safe environment across all park attractions
• Assist with opening and closing duties for your designated zones
• Promote other park attractions or experiences to guests as needed

Customer Assistance

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all guests, offering guidance on how to safely use equipment and navigate attractions
• Explain safety rules and procedures for each activity clearly to guests
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns they have about the attractions or park policies
• Help ensure guests are properly equipped (e.g., harnesses) and ready for each activity

Safety Oversight

• Monitor guest participation to ensure safety rules are being followed at all times
• Oversee equipment safety, ensuring all harness gears are in good condition and securely fitted
• Act quickly and calmly in the event of an emergency, including providing first aid assistance and notifying emergency personnel when needed

Zone-Specific Duties

• Zip Line & Rope Course: Supervise guests using the zip line and rope course, ensuring all safety measures are followed, and assist with any technical challenges
• Harness & Court Monitoring: Monitor the harness area and court to ensure guests are safely participating and following proper conduct during their activities
• Climb Area: Oversee the climbing area, assisting guests as needed and ensuring safe climbing practices are followed
• Tube Slide & Bumper Course: Guide guests through the tube slide process, ensuring safe entry and exit. Monitor the bumper course to ensure guests engage in safe and fun play
• Bumper Cars: Ensure seatbelts are fastened at all times; unplug cart from charging port; turn off cart prior to plugin it back into the port; operating the "Juke Box"

Flexibility and Learning

• While your primary responsibilities will be focused on one of the specific areas (e.g., Zip Line, Rope Course, Climbing, etc.), you will be required to learn and assist in alternate areas as needed
• Cross-training will be provided to ensure versatility and coverage across the park

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or experience in a recreational environment is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure or emergency situations
• Physical ability to assist with activities (e.g., standing for long periods, helping with equipment, walking or moving between areas)
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

Team Lead

This is a supervisory and a supportive position that reports to Management. Previous supervisory experience overseeing staff is required. Please do not apply for this role if you don't have pervious experience.

Duties include and not limited to:

• Ensure that the building is distinctly clean, enforce park rules are being followed
• Maintain Park safety, etc.
• Oversee all depts in management's absence
• Verify reservations and other billings are accurate and all other duties as assigned by Management
• Cross training in all depts required
• Ensure team members are working efficiently and positively
• Train new employees. Ongoing training and discipline of employees
• Managing break times. Ensure all laws and regulations are being adhered to
• Respond and Report regarding injuries or incidences in a timely manner

Manager

Our brand new trampoline Park is hiring Managers! Managers report to Ownership. They will work together with other Managers to support all Park Operations.

They are responsible for opening and closing the park. Ensure that the building is distinctly clean, resolve guest concerns. Maintaining Park safety, etc. Verify reservations, ensure orders and other AP/AR are accurate and all other duties as assigned by Ownership.

This position oversees the Team Leaders and other entry positions. Prior Supervisory or Management experience required.

Plays well with others and is a great role model for the team. Previous Customer Service and history of Leading a team is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., assisting with equipment or helping customers)

Business Hours (Subject to Seasonal Change)

• Monday-Thursday: 2:00pm - 9:00pm
• Friday: 12:00pm - 10:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 10:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am - 9:00pm
