Duties
- Lead and supervise daily park operations, ensuring smooth shift management and guest satisfaction
- Oversee guest services, resolving issues promptly to maintain high standards of customer experience
- Manage event planning and execution within the indoor park, coordinating activities and special events to boost engagement
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and financial reporting
- Supervise staff performance, providing coaching, training, and support to foster a motivated team
- Ensure safety protocols are followed rigorously, conducting regular inspections and safety drills
- Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, incidents, and guest feedback for management review
Skills
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, resort management, or entertainment venues such as nightclubs or indoor parks
- Strong background in events management with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Effective report writing skills for documenting incidents, operational metrics, and staff evaluations
- Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in a fast-paced environment
- Competence in shift management and supervising staff across different roles such as guest services and food & beverage operations
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and restaurant or hospitality industry standards
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively and energetic approach
