The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively supervise staff, manage food production, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, culinary techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Coordinate services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Experience
