Hours of Work: Full Time 37.5 hours/wk. Flexible schedule required to provide necessary support.
Pay Range: The pay range is $27.00 to $35.26 /HR

Job Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree in Human Services, related field or enrollment in an accredited degree program preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related human services program experience required.
- Must be willing to get medication administration certified.
- Minimum one-year experience supervising staff.
- Must be able to read and write the English language.
- Must have valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency standards and reliable transportation.
- Travel is required; as Habilitation Coordinators may be managing more than one program site.
- Responsible for the supervision, discipline, hiring and termination of direct support staff.
- Responsible for program development and oversight built around individual's personal outcomes.
- Comply with day habilitation regulations, agency P & P, training, and documentation.
- Monitor all functions of day habilitation operation; ensure supports are present for all individuals.
- Meet with subordinates and supervisor as needed for leadership development.
- Responsible for assisting the day program scheduler with scheduling needs for assigned program sites as needed.
- Perform direct support duties as needed, this varies and is dependent upon site assignments.
- Will work with families, advocates, or correspondents.
- Ensure that direct reports complete all required trainings.
- Responsible for completing and reviewing yearly evaluations and leadership development tools.
- Responsible for managing budgeted FTE's and OT.
