Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of skilled carpentry, gutter installation, or exterior construction experience.
- A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Valid driver’s license (must be 18 ).
- Previous gutter installation experience and passion for craftsmanship is a huge plus!
- Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, and specialty gutter systems.
- Lead by example on the job site while delivering top-quality craftsmanship.
- Interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Grow into a leadership role with support, training, and mentorship.
- $100,000 – $150,000 annually (salary commensurate with experience and performance).
- Clear, performance-based raises and promotions through our skills ladder program.
