We’re a locally owned promotional products and branded apparel business based in St. Charles. We help companies look great and stay top-of-mind through custom gear, and we’re growing.

About the Role
This is not a “just answer the phone” position. I need someone who is organized, sharp with technology, and naturally takes ownership of their work.
You’ll be the front line with customers—helping them, guiding them, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll also play a big role in helping us grow by spotting opportunities and keeping things moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling incoming customer requests (calls, emails, online inquiries)
- Preparing quotes and managing orders from start to finish
- Following up—consistently and proactively
- Supporting sales efforts and identifying upsell opportunities
- Keeping everything organized inside our systems (CRM, order platforms, etc.)
- Working closely with me and the team to keep jobs moving and customers happy
