We are a small video game company in downtown Everett, WA, where you get to work with video games and delight customers who wouldn't otherwise get to enjoy them. We provide video game systems loaded with games and ready to play. That means we take Xboxes, PlayStations, Nintendos, iPads, and VR systems and load them with the games our customers want so they are ready to play, right out of the box.
We primarily serve children's hospitals and charities, as well as correctional facilities, esports programs, libraries, hotels, and many other public spaces.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Video Game Fulfillment Associate. This is an Entry-Level, onsite job in our Everett office (30 minutes north of Seattle). This is NOT a remote job; you must live in or near Everett.
Training and support are provided to help you be comfortable and successful!
Core Responsibilities:
Tech Support/Customer Service: Helping customers with their questions over the phone and email. This can include assistance with hardware issues, software updates, account recovery, etc. You need to be comfortable talking to people on the phone and writing clear, professional emails. You should also have familiarity with the current gaming consoles.
System Loading: Loading video game systems with games and doing other tasks to get orders ready to ship to our customers.
Packing & Shipping: Packing orders for outgoing shipment. This is an active task with lots of lifting and moving things around. You must be able to move around comfortably and lift up to 40 lbs.
Transportation: Occasionally driving packages to customers or shippers. You might drive your own car, a company car, or a truck if we’re transporting a lot of equipment to an event.

What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: $20.00 per hour.
Great Schedule: 40 hours per week with weekends off. We work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
