Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
- Manage shipping & receiving tasks by loading and unloading goods, verifying shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet standards before packing and dispatching.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment following personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
- Support warehouse distribution activities by ensuring timely order fulfillment and proper packaging for shipment.
Skills
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Skilled in order picking & packing, manual handling, and materials handling techniques to optimize workflow.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting of 50 pounds safely while adhering to PPE guidelines.
- Experience with shipping & receiving processes including load & unload procedures.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and basic maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills with staff and customers.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
