We are currently hiring Production Specialists – Dumper / Stackers to join a fast-paced food distribution and production environment. This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations, handling materials, and ensuring products are properly dumped, stacked, and prepared for the next stage of the process.

Location: Vineland, NJ
Pay: $18.00/Hour
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Responsibilities
- Operate dumper and stacking equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and organize product and materials
- Assist with production line operations and meet daily production goals
- Inspect products and materials for quality and proper placement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and food handling procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous production, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow safety and production procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
- Dumper/stacker or similar equipment experience is a plus
