Job Title: Inspector Packer
Pay Rate: $16/hr.
Shift: 2nd
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D, PSL
Job Purpose
Ensure the quality of finished products through inspection, sorting, and packing of plastic bottles, complying with the company's quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform continuous visual inspection of plastic bottles on the production line.
- Identify, classify, and remove non-conforming products according to technical specifications.
- Pack products established procedures and packaging standards.
- Meet defined production targets for the assigned line.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe working conditions in the work area.
- Promptly report quality deviations, equipment malfunctions, or unsafe conditions.
- Support format changes and basic line adjustments when required.
- Comply with all industrial safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) including good hygiene practices.
- Visual quality inspection techniques.
