Job Title: Filling Operator

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Filling Operator to join our production team in San Dimas, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience operating filling and packaging equipment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain consistent product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate filling machinery according to production requirements.
- Monitor filling lines to ensure proper volume, seal integrity, and packaging quality.
- Perform routine machine adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and sanitation procedures.
- Accurately track batch records, production logs, and material inventory.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards, quality control policies, and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior filling operator or relevant manufacturing experience is required.
- High attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods, perform physical work, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working consistent extended hours.
Schedule & Shift Details
- Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Workweek: 6 days per week / 11-hour shifts (1 designated day off during the week).
- Weekend Requirement: Must be available to work full 11-hour shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.
