Role Description
Fuller Law Group P.C. is seeking a dedicated full-time Associate to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is an on-site role where the Associate will manage cases through all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. The role involves representing clients in court hearings, drafting and filing legal documents, conducting depositions, and providing legal guidance to clients. Collaboration with other attorneys and staff is essential to develop case strategies and deliver comprehensive legal representation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal research, writing, and documentation
- Strong litigation skills, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and managing discovery
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and apply relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in employment law, personal injury, or business litigation practice areas (preferred)
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
