We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products. POSITION SUMMARY:The Merchant leads the merchandising and buying process for one of the largest areas within their Brand/Division. This role is responsible for planning and executing goals to achieve sales targets, markup, return rates, and profit (EBITDA). The Merchant oversees a team of Merchants and partners with various departments, including Inventory Planning for fulfillment, Creative Services for catalog/web creative, Sourcing for price goals and quality standards, Marketing to analyze customer needs and promote products, and E-Commerce to drive online KPIs.
