AI CONTENT & CREATIVE SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

POSITION SUMMARY:

The AI Content & Creative Systems Specialist designs and implements AI-driven content workflows to improve how marketing and eCommerce content is produced. This role focuses on building, testing, and refining scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and speed. It requires strong independent judgment to identify opportunities, evaluate tools, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, experimental environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows for content creation
• Translate business and creative needs into scalable solutions
• Develop prompts, frameworks, and processes to improve output quality and efficiency
• Assess and apply AI tools to relevant use cases and identify opportunities for automation
• Continuously refine workflows based on performance and feedback
• Prioritize work, solve problems, and execute initiatives with minimal supervision
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to processes and systems
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to align on needs and support adoption of new workflows
• Incorporate feedback to improve effectiveness and scalability
• Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, usability, and brand alignment
• Stay current on emerging AI tools and introduce new ideas that drive measurable impact

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0–3 years of experience or project-based work in AI, creative technology, or digital innovation
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to real-world use cases
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
