The Executive Director, Data & AI, Creative & Content Automation is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling data and AI products that elevate marketing effectiveness, creative excellence, campaign performance, content intelligence, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement. This leader enables Global Marketing, Creative, Media, Consumer Engagement, and Brand teams to plan, create, and activate more effectively through AI-powered insights, automation, and content innovation.
Reporting to the VP, Commercial & Consumer Data & AI Product Lead, this role owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Marketing & Creative Data & AI capabilities across global brands, markets, and channels. The Executive Director partners deeply with Global Marketing, Creative Directors, Media teams, Consumer Engagement, Brand Presidents, Regional Marketing, and Martech leadership to ensure every product delivers measurable impact tied to brand growth, audience reach, ROI, and creative productivity.
The role requires a blend of product leadership, deep understanding of marketing and creative ecosystems, and strong technical fluency across consumer data, content platforms, and AI solutions—especially generative AI and content intelligence.

Anticipated Base Salary Range $177,100.00 to $304,500.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly). Strategic Leadership & Partnership
- Define and own the Marketing & Creative Data & AI product vision and roadmap, focused on brand development, creative excellence, content intelligence, and pre-activation marketing insights.
- Serve as the primary Data & AI partner to Marketing SVPs, Creative leadership, Brand teams, Consumer Engagement, and Creative Operations.
- Maintain expertise across marketing and creative systems including:
- Creative asset management (DAM)
- Creative workflow and production systems
- Brand and content performance analytics
- Generative AI for creative ideation, copywriting, and asset adaptation
- Brand health, sentiment, and cultural trend analytics
- Translate creative and marketing strategies into clear OKRs, adoption targets, and brand impact metrics.
Product Portfolio & Delivery Oversight
- Deliver creative and pre-activation marketing capabilities such as:
- Creative Intelligence: performance insights for assets, visual codes, narrative themes, and brand equity drivers
- Generative AI for Creative: concepting tools, asset variation, copy generation, localization, and production acceleration
- Content Performance Analytics: what creative elements resonate, when, and with whom
- Campaign Planning Intelligence: insights to inform campaign strategy
- Brand Health & Cultural Trend Analytics: measurement of brand relevance, sentiment, and cultural fit
- Creative Workflow Analytics: production efficiency, asset reuse, quality measures, cycle-time optimization
- Manage global product roadmaps, prioritizing capabilities that drive creative and brand impact.
- Lead a team of Product Managers, Creative Analytics Specialists, and BI analysts
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to deliver scalable creative-focused AI products.
- Establish KPIs such as creative effectiveness, cost savings, asset reuse, content ROI, and brand equity lift.
- Lead Data & AI discussions with Marketing and Creative leadership forums; collaborate with Brand and Consumer Engagement teams on strategy enablement.
- Develop enablement programs to help marketers and creatives adopt AI as a partner in ideation, design, and storytelling.
- Ensure brand safety, copyright/IP compliance, and responsible AI standards are upheld in all creative AI deployments.
- Partner with—but remain distinct from—Media, Retail, and Consumer Data stakeholders to ensure seamless handoffs without functional overlap.
- Ensure creative and marketing AI products align to brand governance, legal, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
- Provide leadership with transparent reporting on creative performance, brand health, cycle-time improvements, and pre-activation marketing impact.
- Help advance collaborative operating models across the Creative and Marketing Data & AI ecosystem.
- 10–12 years in marketing analytics, creative operations, brand strategy, content intelligence, or AI product leadership.
- Proven track record enabling creative teams through data and AI.
- Experience delivering global products across diverse brand and creative environments.
- Experience with DAMs, creative workflow platforms, content taxonomies, and asset-level analytics.
- Technical fluency across modern data platforms, cloud architectures, integration frameworks, and automation technologies.
- Experience building and leading global teams and driving cross-functional digital or AI transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Agile and product-centric delivery methodologies.
