We’re looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Inventory & Fulfillment Supervisor to take ownership of our end-to-end inventory operations. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role—focused on execution, optimization, and accuracy—not people management.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of inventory: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Analyze inventory turns, cost performance, and working capital impact
- Maintain and optimize data across ERP, IMS, and WMS systems
- Build Excel-driven reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Improve warehouse workflows, space utilization, and fulfillment efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Operations

📊 What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or fulfillment
- Strong expertise in inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and cost accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and solid ERP experience (NetSuite a plus)
- Experience with WMS / Inventory Management Systems
- Proven ability to improve inventory accuracy, reduce holding costs, and optimize turns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related field
- (or equivalent hands-on experience)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
